Clean and comfortable
Some of the staff are not friendly
Price. Outstanding shower water volume. Airport shuttle. Reasonable wine by the glass at the bar, plus a good bar menu. Try the cheese plate, although the bread is like cotton wool.
The room location in a poorly lit corridor at the back of a vast conference space. The floor in the room of some kind of plywood that moved when walked on. Noise from nearby rooms. Airport shuttle is every 30 minutes.
We liked the hotel - very clean, large rooms w/ WIFI.
HUGE. A bit hard to find things (like the pool & where to eat) Shuttle bus was filled quickly and we would have been late for our flight if we hadn't insisted we get on that bus. Need more shuttle buses each 1/2 hour during busy season.
Very clean, spacious and modern
Bed was too firm for my back, but I have just had back surgery so my case is not the norm. I would have liked an airport shuttle earlier then 5.00 a.m. I had to pay $25 for a taxi for my 6.20 a.m flight. However, I appreciate that 4.00 a.m is a little early for most hotels.
Big apartment, confortable and the shuttle to the airport worked well at 6 in the morning.
Be careful because the hotel is enormous. When I arrived there was a huge line to check in. In fact, a 900-apartment hotel can not have just 3 employees at the main desk. Everything succeeded well, but it’s a point to mind. The hotel is far from Madrid´s centre and from public transportation. It’s good if you use it because of the airport.
We had a lovely room.
The food from room service was very poor and the hotel is in an area where there are no options to easily go out to find a meal.
Very comfortable large rooms
It was difficult to find and the instructions to get there very poor
It was up to my expectations. Nice with a pool!
The hopless location. And the Internetcafe could have been expanded with a couple of PC´s Maybe also the busses could run a little more frequently.
