Pros:The neighbourhood doesn't look great but we honestly found no problem be it at night or day. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor, no lift. The apartment was small and looked like an office. There was a wardrobe with space for our clothes. No cleaning utensils found. The bed had linen filled with holes but surprisingly no bed bugs that we were aware off (slept there for 8 nights). The mattress was very uncomfortable, the pillows small and the 2nd blanket (no duvets) looked very used. There was a desk with a desk chair that was also very hard and uncomfortable. There was a foldable table with a foldable metal chair (3 more on the wardrobe). The kitchen had some cutlery, cookware and a sink. You had a microwave and a 2 ring hob. No fan. There was also a filtered coffee machine, a toaster and a water boiler. There's heating available. The shower was a portable shower but it worked fine. There was a dusty boiler on top of the sink. We had to pay the city fee to a person that spoke no English. We had no service during those 8 nights. If you need the garage you have to ask the staff (she's only there 5 days a week until 2pm). The garage is in another hotel. You are entitled to a washing machine and possibly a drying machine too. They are located on the garden and shared between the whole apartment AND the staff. There's also no washing liquid\powder available. We usually drink tap water and were able to drink it in Nice but tap water in this building was disgusting.
