The smelled of smoke Flight got changed and it was very difficult to get reimbursed. Had to pay four times as much to rebooked a smaller car.2.0 Poor

The make and model of the car is what I had requested.Cons:
1. The owner is rude and obnoxious. 2. Did not have the car ready per contract. 3. The car was dirty -- a safety risk because the mirrors were dirty. I had to have it washed so that I could drive. 4. He said and I quote him, "You sneaked an expensive car. I don't let people rent this car for local driving". I think Budget should carefully monitor and reexamine the process and procedures employed by this owner at 10246 Atlantic Blvd, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32211.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

No, the manager was on some kind of power trip. I had to call the national number to work out the problem with payment.Cons:

I did not know there was on site rental at the Jacksonville Airport when I booked the rental so I was charged extra to pick up and drop off the car at the airport which was not the quoted price. Just wished it was more clear when I booked it. Other than that it was a positive experience.Avis
