Extraordinary residence for exclusive use consisting of 4 newly built apartments sleeping 4/5 each with swimming pool in the Tonnarella area in Mazara del Vallo. It is 900m away. from the sea and about 400 meters from supermarkets and restaurants. Each apartment consists of 1 double bedroom, a shower with hydromassage and a kitchen-living room with a double sofa bed. Both rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a 32" LED TV. In total, the apartment can accommodate 4/5 people. The residence has a total of 4 apartments and the entrances are separate and independent. Each apartment has a large veranda and/or balcony overlooking the pool equipped with sitting area and table and chairs for exclusive use.Equipped you will find: washing machine, hair dryer, small and large kitchen appliances, iron and ironing board.Everyone is allowed to use the pool, even at night with the authorization of the host and in respect of the rest of the residents of the area.There are 4 barbeques available, 1 per apartment and a shared area used as a solarium by the pool.A shared convivial area with tables is also available and chairs and lounges. The price includes consumption, final cleaning, sheets and courtesy hand dryers which will be provided only once for the entire stay.The residence is newly built and the furnishings are new.
