Definitely remodeled recently. Very nice room and lobby, restaurant.
One of the few hotels I have stayed at they charges for wifi.
The front desk was friendly and efficient.
The staff was incredibly helpful. From the front desk to housekeeping, every staff member was smiling and happy to assist.
The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have expected from such a highly rated hotel.
One of the best days I had,One
Facilities and room
Your reception staff, specifically Ira, is top notch.
While the restaurant food is passable it is overpriced for the quality and the staff is mediocre.
The Bellman/Concierge was a delightful person. Knowledgeable of the hotel/surrounding area, accommodating, and such a pleasant demeanor. Loved the cleanliness and serene environment. The bedding was extremely comfortable.
The desk clerk was not very friendly. When I attempted to show her my confirmation page, she responded, "all I need is your name!" The wheelchair elevator was out of order. Had to leave the wheelchair bound guest at the front door, then get the car from the back parking lot, and drive around the building to the front each time we went on an outing. The construction work going on made it difficult to navigate at times.
The hotel location is amazing and close to tysons corner area.
Having to pay for internet is something not acceptable these days.
The only thing I like in the hotel was the location and the free parking of the car nothing else.
My booking was included free WiFi internet access but the hotel refused to allow me to get it for free and they told me contact booking becouse it's a mistake by them also the breakfast was not included.the desigin of the room is old fashion.
I thought the rooms were very elegant. The whole hotel was wonderful.
I was very upset that my 10 year old daughter could not swim in the pool without an adult present. When I was less than 2 feet away in the workout room, and there was a lifegard on duty. It really upset the whole day for us.... All I wanted and needed was a great, peaceful, work out and all my daughter wanted was to play in the pool. We both lost out...
Being close to Tysons Shopping Centre
I was not impressed by the staff or the general attitude. The breakfast buffet was rather inadequate and as for dining in the evenings, there is very insufficient service. When we went down for dinner, we were told that we could not use the dining area as it was booked for a private event and the only place was the nightclub, which we checked out and could find no place to sit and were treated rather indifferently by an off hand staff member. There was no help offered and it was an effort to get any sort of service during our stay.
