Pros:Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Sandy in the breakfast room. The room was comfortable, we were especially grateful for the roomy (and functional) fridge and guest laundry facilities. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Hot coffee and fresh cookies in the lobby are a nice touch for those arriving at the hotel. Makes one feel like you are coming home. Our family even made use of the books and games in the lobby. All in all a great stay!
Cons:Toilet in our room flushed really loud.
Pros:Good breakfast, Clean, good maid service.
Cons:One of the two beds was two close to the wall. Had to crawl into bed on left side.
Cons:There was mold in the fridge, the whole floor smelled musty. The front desk told us they could not give us a different room and they would pay for our stay but now it looks like I will have to call and argue to get the room money back from them!

Cons:Upon arrival, staff had no idea that online checkin was available. I had already checked in- but they had no idea. It was 3:30 and my room was not ready. The man at the country explained (in too much detail) that several employees had quit and that he was the IT guy. He was very unprofessional, even asking me if my King Suite was "necessary". They said my room would be ready soon as it was being cleaned- I had to ask for the key! Once in I found that the sleeper sofa for my son was completely broken. I asked to change rooms and was able to do so. The new room was better, but the stopper for the bath was broken. The pool was ok but in desperate need of updating. The jacuzzi was no warmer than room temperature. We have stayed at these hotels before and have been completely satisfied. Not happy at all with this location!

Cons:Mattresses are getting up in age and we're not all that comfortable.
Pros:I liked the price per night, and the breakfast was good.
Cons:The service was terrible and it wasn't very clean. The shower curtain had stains or something on it, and I asked for them to replace it. They didn't do it, so I had to call down to the service desk and replace it myself. Also, whoever "cleaned" our room left cleaning supplies in the room. The phone had a thick covering of dust on it.
