The Bed was nice along with the amenities and it wasn't far from the event I was attending
It smelt a little meldow
Desk staff were very professional
Check out was at noon but 10am the cleaning staff just decide to come on in they knocked but we're in the room before we could answer
The room doors didn't lock and the staff need to be trained.
The staff was nice and tried to make our stay nice, The hotel is older, has a slight odor and needs to be updated.
The hallways were always hot.,. The swimming pool was unavailable during our entire stay. The beds were suppose to be queen sized but they were full sized bed. The breakfast was also a mess. The breakfast sausage appeared to be under cooked and the wa
no microwave in the room and the stale room smell
Comfortable bed, nice tv channel selection
Not in the greatest of an area,
Cleanliness - staff -
The cleanliness and staff
The bed was very comfy
The bathroom set up werid
Quality was consistent with other Fairfield Inns.
Was told by 2 policemen when I asked them for directions that it was in a very dangerous neighborhood.
It was a great stay & room.
Wished it had a flat screen TV.
The bed! Thank you Dan Marriott. You're a good Mormon, doing unto others as you'd have done unto you!
Room was across from the ice machine...as is typical with Priceline rooms. They are ALWAYS next to the elevator, the ice machine, the laundry or noisy ingress/egress doors.
Hotel is located nearby a through street and within good reach by car. Regardless rooms are quiet and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. In the neighbourhood you find plenty of fast food restaurants and several shops. Price rate is for Memphis acceptable. For exploring Memphis by foot or a longer stay as a tourist it is not the first choice.
The helpful staff. The Front desk staff and shuttle drivers were terrific.
The elevator was a little rickety.
Staff was very helpful and friendly
Hotel was very clean. Staff very courteous.
Did not have proper bedding for the pullout couch. They supplied it once asked though. Would be nice if breakfast could go a bit later.
The whirlpool advertised was closed, no microwave or mini fridge in the room which pretty much all hotels now have.
BIG ROACHES IN ROOM!! told staff they said they would send someone and they did not. Room had a weird odor.
The location while just off the interstate was not in the best of locations.
Good location for a night before an early flight out of Memphis airport.
Where do I begin. I was disappointed with this room from the moment I checked in. The room was right next to the ice maker so the traffic was high. Then, the room smelled like mildew and was so small that I could touch all four walls at once. It was a total let down. If it wasn't for the staff being helpful and courteous, I would've been even more upset.
I asked for a room on the lower level, which I received. But it was located directly next to the elevator so all night I heard the elevator bell going off. I asked for extra towels and got none. The heating/air conditioner unit was difficult to regulate, it was either extremely hot or cold, nothing in-between. The ceiling was coming down in the shower stall and the sink area/counter was very small. In the morning when I badly needed a cup of coffee, there was some problem with the coffee machine so there was none. I had planned to tell the receptionist about the quality of my stay when I checked out. But she continued talking to someone else in the lobby while she prepared my receipt and never asked me. I've been pleased with my stays at other Marriott locations, but this one was a disappointment. \n\n\n\n\n\n
