Only thing that made stay bad was false fire alarm at 1:30 in the morning and the desk attendant that was fresh when we asked what was going on. You never joke or mess around with safety. All other staff was friendly.
Loved that it was a quick walk to Beale St. Nice size room. Clean
Wish they had free wi fi. But usually this is never included in luxury hotels.
I loved that the hotel was only blocks away from all the things I wanted to do. An added bonus was that it was directly across the street from the FedEx Forum and the Detroit Pistons had accommodations there while I was there.
There was nothing I didn't like. Parking was adequate for the price we paid and it was only a few steps from the lobby :-).The hotel was great. Although a bit busy when we arrived the attendant who greeted and checked us in did inform us that the room wasn't ready but she also gave a $20 complimentary card to be used at the hotel's restaurant or lobby bar while we waited. A gesture very well appreciated since we had just driven for 4 hours without stopping for a bite to eat. They also stored our luggage until the room was ready for us to check in. The staff was very friendly and seemed to enjoy what they were there to do. The band that provided the live music was awesome, very talented. I was there to celebrate my 47...
Loved the location, cleanliness, and shower most of all.
I would not have changed anything about the hotel.Everything was wonderful with our stay. The hotel was easy to find. It was in assessible to everything that we wanted to do for our weekend getaway. Our check-in had a little bit of a wait, but it was due to the time of our arrival. I was disappointed that we couldn't get a king bed, but our room was perfect otherwise. We had a view of Beale Street. The room was very clean. The bathroom had a stand alone shower as well as a tub. The beds had full size pillows that were very comfortable. We could hear a little bit of noise from the street, but it wasn't enough to keep you awake. I was not disappointed and will recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Great location overlooking Beale Street. Room was very nice with good staff.
The hotel did not have a record of my Priceline.com reservation; I did, fortunately.
Hotel's valet staff was more than accommodating and went the extra mile. Also the shower was a nice upgrade from the normal hotel shower supplied.
Front desk was not helpful at all checking in. Lost my reservation from Priceline.com and was suppose to call me within an hour. I had to come back to the hotel over 2 hours later and the room was ready. Very disappointing for the amount paid per night.Great location downtown. Nice atmosphere. Valet staff is excellent. Front desk needs to follow through. The room needed dusting.
NoClean new hotel with great location in downtown Memphis.
very upscale. every detail well thought out.
nopeloved it! would return in a heartbeat
Location to Beale Street and the atmosphere
Charged for Wi-Fi.....really?An absolute gem within 2 minute walk to Beale Street. The closest hotel to Beale Street. Very nice hotel.
