Chardon office was closed....mentor office won't pick up....Warren office didn't communicate clearly....minivan smelled like marijuana.Cons:
Clear and complete communication....clean and fresh smelling vehicles. Better options for pick up and drop off.10.0 Wonderful

Every time I rent from this location the reservation time seems to be merely a suggestion. I have constantly been made to wait for the car to arrive and then be ready. This time my reservation was for 2pm and my car wasn’t ready until 3:40.5.6 Fair

Pros:
The people were all nice and wasted no time to get me moving. They were also informative and helpful. The amenities in the car were nice. They inspected the vehicle before and after and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Good employees.Cons:
I really didn't like the vehicle that I got. I got a Fiat 500x which ran really rough from 1st to 5th gear, literally jerking me forward with each shift. It was also not fun to drive, accelerating was rough, it was loud and the A/C didn't keep the car cool at all. Not a smooth ride at all. However my biggest complaint is that I reserved a RAV4 or similar category which has about 60+ cubic feet of cargo space and that is the only thing I needed from the rental, instead I received a small SUV which has about as much space as my Honda Civic. Had I known I would have just taken my Civic and saved myself the $341. It doesn't make sense to advertise a RAV4 or similar and then have this small Fiat in the same category and charge the same price. Waste of money.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
The branch manger, Alex was very rude. The car was full of pet fur and he didn’t want to vacuum the car. He instead said upgrade or leave. We planned a trip to Times Square and was unable to get a one-way rental elsewhere. I will not use this car rental agency again!2.0 Poor

On line it said I was renting a Ford Focus or a car comparable. It was the size of a smart car. It was in my opinion a sub compact car not a compact.Cons:
Don’t advertise similar to a larger car when it isn’t true. Will never go back to Hertz. I work in the airline industry and will not recommend them.9.2 Wonderful

Pickup and drop off was easy. Car was clean and everything was the way it was promised. Salesman was professional and didn’t try and sell me things I didn’t want.Cons:
The only negative was the location doesn’t have a Dropbox so I had to go back in the next morning. The drop off the next was was quick and easy but I would have preferred dropping off the night before so I could get to work earlier.2.4 Poor

The car was very uncomfortable to sit in. The cruise control quit working and they wanted to charge me a drop off fee because I had to leave it in another state. It was very difficult to reach someone to rent another vehicle and I ended up renting from another company.Budget

I was renting a car for work and when I arrived at my scheduled time to pick up the car they informed they had no cars and would not have a car for me. I missed all my work appointments and had to rent a car from another company.3.6 Poor

The car was not very clean, the gas tank was not full when we picked up the car. We pointed this out to the rep and he said 'oh it's good enough' however we had to return the car full. The drop off location at Cleveland airport is not easy to navigate either. Will not rent a car in Cleveland again.Avis
