Pros:Room was clean, food was good (bacon burger) and a good bar
Pros:Reasonable, updated, clean, comfortable bed, timeliness of check-in/check-out, no free breakfast but free coffee. We would stay here again.
Pros:The beds were comfortable and the room was really large. Manager Mike was nice, but didn't address an unpleasant 2 night stay.
Cons:Air-conditioning stopped working at 3am. Tried to call front desk, but the phone didn't work, so I got dressed, went to the lobby, waited 20 minutes for an employee to arrive because she was, "PER POLICY" handing out bills on the floors. Pool was so cloudy that the 3rd step was hard to view. Room service screwed up our order. Requested 2 additional blankets to be delivered to the room and they only left one. Opened up the hideaway couch and found a used bandaid and old French fries. Lobby coffee was always empty and sales representative said, "the Starbucks Coffee is only a dollar." Why should I pay for coffee when it's supposed to be free?

Cons:Elevators were dirty . Maybe due to dual use of staff and guests but easy to fix if someone vacuumed more regularly. Also some of the lobby furniture was stained. Otherwise neat and clean

Cons:didn't like the strong smell of air freshener coming from the air conditioner.It was very overpowering. The bedspreads on the beds were dirty. The beds were turned down reveiling the dirt that was on the underside. Also the bottom of the tub was very dirty,like it needed to be scrubbed.The tub also filled with water while showering,we were unable to drain it. I wasn't too crazy about having to wash up or brush my teeth in front of everyone else in the room because of the fact that the sink is in the main part of the room. rooms could really use updating,tv etc.
