On the edge of some of Milan’s most bustling districts, the NH Milano Palazzo Moscova is ideal for business and leisure trips, with restaurants and shops right on the doorstep. This stunning hotel is also close to main train and Metro stations, connecting it to famous sights and the city’s airport.
I love the old building, location in a calm place but just a step from Corso Como, combination of modern design and warm homy atmosphere. Great details. Reception stuff was very helpful and friendly, housekeeping on a good level. Breakfast on a street terassa was beautifully set and and croissants were tender, still remember their cherry tea.
Hotel has elegantly designed SPA but it is not provided well. No stuff to welcome you and show it, steam bath was hot only one day during my stay, no fruit or sneaks and when I ordered tea to SPA, they charged me 8 EURO for tea and 10 EURO for room service delivery! No massage specialist belonged to SPA, for my massage they called a women by phone. She doesn't know how to use SPA facilities and even didn't change her street clothes. Total disappointment. Also Wi Fi was payed which is uncomfortable and strange for modern city hotel.
Rooms are too small for the value of money. The hotel is new and needs some time to become confortable for guests.
It is located near corso como, where all the trendy nightlife happens. The Hotel has a boutique concept, and is very well decorated. The staff is great
The rooms are small
i like the deco and services, staff's attitude & efficiency!
there're 16types of room, i don't like mine, as it's relatively common type, room size is small. There's no detail instruction what number to call the receptionist or call to other room.
its so clean and staffs are professional and friendly.
