It was cheaper then renting at the airport. Maybe I missed something but when I got to the counter at the airport. I was at the wrong place. A cab ride and $15 with tip put me at the right Enterprise.Cons:

We booked an SUV online but were told they didn’t have any available. In fact they didn’t have any cars at all. We had to wait about 3 hours (there were several other who we’re waiting as well) for a car to be returned and cleaned. This put us off schedule and we missed our appointment.3.6 Poor

Despite having a reservation, had to wait in line at counter for over 45 minutes, as three agents were handling all rentals for Avis, Budget, and Payless, and none of the three seemed to have cars ready. After finally making it out to the garage, had to wait another 30 minutes because the car assigned to me was not ready—over an hour after my scheduled (reserved?) pick up time. Received a hybrid vehicle and did not appreciate the engine cutting off at every stop and the lack of power on the road. On return, only one guy was on duty trying to check in all the cars being returned. This operation is a joke; avoid it at all costs!4.8 Mediocre

Dollar window was closed so we had to go to Hertz who took their customers first. Car was very stinky and the key fob went dead half way through our trip and we had to stop and replace it as we were afraid the car wouldn't start or we wouldn't be able to lock or unlock it at a stop4.0 Mediocre

Our trip was canceled because of travel restrictions and the Covid 19 virus. we gave Hertz over a 48 hour notice but they still charged us $100. Customer service soo bad, it Hertz.10.0 Wonderful

I picked up the car at off-peak time and the rental was a breeze. I don’t think it took 5 minutes, from counter to driving away. Rental car was clean and got great gas mileage which saved money on top of the Kayak/Payless savings. All good!9.6 Wonderful

Our rental ended up being through hertz since i guess they all share a counter down there. So not really any interaction with Thrifty.Cons:

didnt like that I was told, after charged, that the option I chose for gas meant thst I had to pay for a full tank of gar regardless of how much gas I left in the tank, and that I had to pay for the priveledge.10.0 Wonderful
