Pros. The staff was so willing to help with any problems and was so quick to get answers. I can say some of the best service I have ever had from a hotel I have been to and they were all very nice. The hotel rooms were very clean. Great location. Parking over night was only about $35.
Cons. The bed was kinda hard, that is my personal preference. The room was kinda small. What can you expect for being down town. I wouldn’t consider this place for little kids, but for a romantic night with your spouse it is perfect.
Pros. Modern and clean. Toiletries smell nice.
Cons. Parking ($30/day + tax) is insanely expensive. No microwaves in rooms. Only one microwave on floor 2 for entire hotel.

Cons. They couldn't find my business partner reservation's and made me cancel and pay again for another one. I've used Kayak to make the reservation and they just could not find it anywhere. Very frustrating. The hotel manager warned me against using the site any longer. Also, they billed me for 2 nights of parking and we didn't even have a car.
