Great views, nice room.
Room windows were drafty, hotel staff seemed generally clueless about their own hotel.
The room was nice. Good desk, big tv, mini bar and really nice bathroom.
Bed was ok. The view was just of the building across the way. No pool for guests.
Great location. Skyway and downtown stores & restaurants super convenient. Clean, light and airy. Giant windows. Great beds.
Shower leaked and cupboard door fell off despite being fixed once. I was never told the price of parking. Last year it was free. This year it was $22 a day. Would have like to have known. High cost for in room Internet.
Room was clean, nice desk, updated furniture
Shower did not drain, bed was curved (so not flat), and the Internet is not free...
It's a nice get a way.
Nice location. Decent room.
No real complaints.
The room was very spacious. The staff was fairly responsive once we alerted them of the issues.
There were several little things that added up to a disappointing stay for us. Wireless internet was not free in our rooms, which I have only ever experienced at a hotel that was SO nice that it made it worth it to come down to the lobby and use the free wifi. This was not, however, SO nice. The lobby area was small. No late checkout? I have literally never heard of this. I wasn't allowed to check in until 3, so why do I have to be out of the room by noon? They forgot to take off the disabled movies from the previous resident. Again - not a huge deal, but when I called the front desk, the person told me "that's just how it is sometimes" and he "doesn't know how the movies work up there." O-kay... so I asked to speak with a manager, and was placed on hold for way too long. Someone finally called us back and fixed it, but at that point we didn't really feel like spending the money on it. They really should have offered us a free movie or something to make up for it. Oh, they forgot towels when cleaning the room. And there were only 2 to begin with. This seems like a pretty basic step. All of this would have been fine/expected at a 2-3 star hotel, but I expected a little better from this one.
The staff was wonderful.
The "standard" beds were tiny. Not ideal for sleeping double. Parking was pricey.
We liked everything but the shower water pressure, the water pressure was very low for our liking.
