It needs cleaning, & updating desperately! The common hallways are horribly stained, the furniture is worn & stained, the blankets are worn & need replacing.

The furniture. especially the beds needed to be replaced. They were excessively worn.

The shuttle didn't run at the time I needed it for the airport, so I had to take a cab. The cab cost me $17.00! I could have just driven my car to the airport and paid less for the parking. Lesson learned.
My hotel stay was for 8 days. On day 6 the cleaning staff removed items from my refrigerator. Her excuse was that she believed I was a checkout. My luggage, 6 days of dirty laundry in bags provided from the hotel were on the chair, and a book and candy were on the table that she moved to clean the table. The management provided me with an apology letter and explained that this long time staff member thought I was a checkout. They locked me out of my room so upon my return I was forced to go to the front counter to pick up their apology letter, 6 warm sprites and 4 apples. I could not use these items because I had a plane to catch the following morning( I was leaving in 6 hours). While the items taken were less than $10 the fact that any item was removed from my room was worrisome. Needless to say I didn't sleep well the last 2 nights at the hotel. In their closing statement Julie Lofftus the General Manager says "I do appreciate your choosing us and hope that we will see you again in the future." I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone because nothing was done. I didn't receive a phone call from this manager. Up until this incident I would have given this hotel the highest rating.
I had great service. The front desk was very helpful.
The room was very cold and took a full day to warm up but the staff brought us lots of blankets or were willing to switch us.
Overall good location, well maintained room, nice service. Stayed there for a night before heading to Glacier National Park. Was able to rest well, have a good breakfast in the morning and hit the road.
