Clean, quiet and comfortable. No frills but to spend a night it was fine.
The room was large and comfortable. The kitchen and bath areas were neat and clean and the bed was also very comfortable. We will stay here again, and visit Primanti Bros. next door again too.
The room we had was very dirty from the start. The hotel smells musty and is out dated. Will not be back. The only good thing was the front desk gentleman was very helpful, just too bad he works there
My fiance and I stayed comfortably on a Friday night - Saturday without any disturbances or discrepencies with hotel staff or visitors. The bathtub could have been more spacious and the bed less squeaky but overall our stay was enjoyable!
After a very long day, I just needed a quiet, comfortable place to relax. Extended Stay America was just that. I really enjoyed my stay here.
The stinks bugs were everywhere. The managment did nothing to compensate.
Signage was not bold enough. Missed the entrance after getting off PA Turnpike because hotel sign not big enough. All else was good with hotel experience. Bathroom faucets need to be bigger for seniors.
After traveling in a car for 10 plus hours I was looking foward to a comfortable night's rest. What I found as I sat on my bed for the first time was the equivalent of playwood with a blanket on top. Other than the bed matter the room was very clean, the kitchenette easy to use and the customer service was pleasant.
This was the first time that I had gone to the Extended Stay in Monroeville, and considering the way that they had received my son's boxes for his school - The Art Institute. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone that I know, and also, I would stay here again. The only negative thing is that if you don't have a car and need cab service, be prepared to call and make a reservation the night before, cabs take too long to pick up, if no reservation is done.
I had to pay extra if I wanted room service. If I wanted another thing of coffee I had to go to the vending machine and pay for it. The door on the side of the building scared my dog.
I had to travel to Pittsburgh for orientation with my son who entered school in October 2, 2006. I had some boxes delivered to the hotel and the Manager was extremely helpful The room was very comfortable. Taxi service to the area is horrible.Other than that, I rate this hotel a 99.9% EXCELLENT. Lots of restaurants in the walking distance of hotel. I recommend this place to everyone. In fact, I am thinking of coming back to the same hotel for July, 2007.'
