Mounia was very professional and helpful at pickup

Cons:

No road signage anywhere showing where to return rental cars. No gas station nearby, and difficult to find one (Google Maps led me to two gas stations that did not exist).

Cons:

I would have liked a car with a bit more power because of my itinerary and doing mountain driving. Would like helpful feedback but not upselling based on itinerary and type of driving.

Cons:

I thought all was well when I got on an earlier flight, but Dollar refused to change the time on my car reservation and I could not get the car when I arrived. They insisted I'd have to pay three times the price. After 45 minutes of assistants calling the headquarters and all sorts of other useless jazz, I gave up and rented from someone else.

Pros:

staff was excellent, very very helpful and kind. rate was reasonable.

Cons:

extra charge for picking up at train station (I thought I'd reserved a car from station) car had some kind of leak. couldn't use it first day

Pros:

the car was new. it ran great. very gas efficient. friendly staff, especially when I ran late returning the car, due to weather delays.

Cons:

I bought the additional insurance directly from the site and when I got to the rental car company they insisted I buy THEIR insurance. not only did I pay 40% for the insurance, the car wasn't even legally insured there. secondly, the rental car company was severely overbooked. when I got there, there was only one car left which they gave me. the car I rented online was supposed to be big enough for "two luggages" and they one I got barely fit one. I was lucky enought to leave with a car, as the person who came in behind me left very angry without one.
