Check in was so quick and easy!
No complaints :)We were traveling and booked this hotel along the way. It had everything we wanted and the staff was great. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel :)
Very clean, and luxurious looking room.
The walls are super thin. I could hear the neighbors singing at 6 am in the morning. It is placed in a tough spot coming from the freeway. The inside of the hotel is not looking very nice either :/
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. There were several choices to make from waffles to eggs.
the noise from highwayThe hotel was nice, but hard to get to. The main problem we had was the noise. It was very loud from the second floor.
Poor breakfast, inadequate business center. The 'full' breakfast included only some soft cooked eggs and sausage. No non-fat milk. No fresh fruit. No selection. The business center did not have a regular office program to print even an excel spreadsheet.I would not stay in this hotel again nor recommend it. If I were in Moore, I would try another chain with similar rates and see how it compares. On this 12-state trip, I stayed in a Hilton Garden Suite, 2 Best Westerns, 1 Drury Suites and 1 other local hotel. This was 2nd most expensive and second worst of all of the places I stayed. Not terrible, I have certainly stayed at worse. Just felt for the value, I might get a cheaper price elsewhere. The management here was nice and interested in hearing how things could go better which is a plus.
The hotel was easily accessible from the highway.
The hotel is relatively new. However, the ceiling in my room was peeling from obvious water damage above and there were numerous cracks in the walls. Each door in my room stuff near the top and made a squeaking noise upon opening.SMOKING ROOM if you use Priceline. The hotel upgraded me to a suite, which was nothing special and definitely not worth the price if paying retail. The breakfast was te same as every other cheap mass produced breakfast. Cereal, Belgian waffle, watery scrambled eggs, hard biscuits and bland cream gravy, no fresh fruit either. Only apple or orange. I paid XXX for the night and I wouldn't recommend ever paying more even for a Suite.
We enjoyed the distance from Oklahoma City
we had problems with our key cards getting into our rooms, every time we left our room weather to go get something to eat or just step out to get ice from the ice machine which was broken and we had to walk up to another floorenjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the speediness when requesting extra towels. Also enjoy the rewards program for a free nights stay.
I liked the room the best
There was no nook to get anything to eat or snack on only vending machines.Hotel staff and room was great, not a real good location but for the price it was perfect.
Seemed like a weird location. Pretty good hotel.
We just needed a place to stay the night and this was great hotel for that.Nice place to stay the night
TThey lied about having a hot tube and when we asked for an upgraded room so we could at least have one in our too. They said there was nothing.
