Very comfortable room, good breakfast, convenient to downtown and other area attractions.
Many nice features and was roomy.
The lighting in the bathroom (shower bath) was so bad I could not see to shave (with razor). I do not see how a female could put on makeup in such a lighting condition. The main problem is the mirrow had the light coming from the rear of the mirrow
Nothing stood out but nothing was bad about the hotel either. It was OK for OK but I felt it was a little pricey.
Friendly service and very clean.
Room decoration, space and cleanliness
A bit pricey
The room was very nice. The continental breakfast was great. The pool was easy to find, and it did not smell too bad of chlorine. The decor in the lobby was very very pretty.
There were a few brown spots in our shower part of the bathroom on the wall. Like something had been dripped on the wall and not wiped off. The bathroom down inside the pool area was very very slippery from people walking in wet from swimming.
Use of computer and printerBreakfastSize of room and comfortabilityThe beds are wonderful
We needed more than three devices used at once with the free wifi. We needed to get work done - simultaneously.
We were on a quick overnight stay in an unfamiliar area of Oklahoma; very easy access off the HWY and we felt very welcomed by the staff. It was wonderful to enter a Clean hotel and room.
Guest space in lobby, wi-fi, cleanliness within the room, and how kind the hotel host was at the door.
I noticed the heater was not kicking out hot air at a point. It would work at times and then just shoot out air. The latch for the shower door was missing a screw or had become loose. No major issues... I was still satisfied.
The staff was professional and the hotel was very clean breakfast was good every morning.
Only thing was there wasn't a hot tub to enjoy.
Very clean, nice continental breakfast in the morning, all the staff was very friendly.
Very friendly staff. Very accommodating.
Didn't like the sliding doors for the bathrooms. One didn't lock nor stay shut for privacy. Also, the bench over the AC/Heater seemed to impede air flow.
The acutal room needs a paint job. I chose this hotel because I've stayed in others just like it. It seemed as though the lobby and other parts of the building were taken care of but the actual rooms were left to fend for themselves. I'm not speaking of the cleanliness of the rooms because the maid service was exceptional. I'm speaking of the wear and tear of the actual room. Me and my family stayed in room #405.
I have nothing bad to say about this place, but it was not what I expected. The rooms were clean, actualy very clean. but they are not 'Suites'. Only a desk seperates the living and bedroom area, there was only one TV, so I am not sur ehow they can call this a suite. The room itself, is very strange, there is sepertate area for the toilet, and then yet another for the shower. The shower room has more than adequate space, it contained a sink and a walk in shower.( mine leaked water everywhere, the shower doors did not work) The other room , the toilet , was pretty small but met our needs. One thing I found strange was that the toilet room had a small sink, but no towels., in fact there was no place to hang a towel. I still wonder why there was no place for a towel. 'where should one wash there hands?' Overall, I can't pictue myself stayin at a 'Springhill Suites' again. They are not Suites... I would recommed an Embassy and that is where I will stay moving foraward. Again nothing bad about this place, it was clean, the staff was courteous, just not my cup of tea. I think you can do better.
Rooms seem small.
