Cons:
Was at the rental agency for over 30 min waiting for my Rental. Told me it would be five minutes. Ended up putting me in a different car because original one had damage. New one reeked of smoke but was in too much of a hurry to change. Bad experience all around.Budget

The only ‘con’ I have is that I am still waiting for a final receipt. I dropped it off last Wednesday and today is Monday, and I don’t have a final bill. But that’s minor. Overall, I would definitely rent from Budget again. 😊2.0 Poor

Supply local offices with more cars. Rental was never completed because when I arrived for pickup I was told they were sold out, I would be the third unfilled reservation on the waiting list, Counter agent informed that they had called the local airport and requested more cars and they were denied.10.0 Wonderful

To actually get a car I had reserved instead of canceling my rental and then when I try to rebook I am charged a $250 drop fee that was not there the day before. Poor business and I was stuck out of town for an extra 5 days.2.0 Poor

Reserved a Malibu or similar. Showed me an SUV. Told him I didn’t want an SUV, Was told it was a free upgrade and they had nothing else. Said I don’t like driving SUVs. He went inside, I followed. Finally he handed me keys, pointed and said take that silver car. Rude, never went over for damage.6.0 Okay

My boyfriend booked the rental for me online for a wedding we were attending out of state. He had to leave before me and when I picked up the car they wouldn’t let me use the rsvp b/c I didn’t have his cc. They told me I had to cxl my online rsvp and rebook at a different rate. The new rate was twice as much! Plus there was a non refundable cxlation fee of $80! It was 3 times what we experienced to pay and it took forever to get the car b/c there was only one guy working at this location. Never again will I use this company.2.0 Poor

Nothing. The booking experience was smooth and easy, but the inventory wasn't there to back up what was booked. I Called the location to verify the address and was told they had no cars available. That left me having to scramble to figure out what to do.Cons:
