Nothing.Cons:
The location I was given to pick up the car was closed, and had been for months. The next closest Hertz did not have any cars available. I had to go to another car rental company entirely. I don't know how the system allowed me to make a reservation here. I had to spend an hour on the phone afterward to be sure I got a refund for the whole ordeal.2.0 Poor

Pros:
I had the worst possible experience. Hertz, Priceline, and Kayak allowed me to book a car for pickup at noon. I arrived at the Hertz location and was told it closed at noon, so they would not give me my car. I received no communication of this. What a horrible experience.Cons:

The staff was friendly and helpful. I booked online at the last minute and when I arrived the employee changed my vehicle to something more appropriate for my needsCons:

I had asked for a 4x4 vehicle and when I got there I was almost given a non-4x4 even after calling and confirming a day prior to pick-up.Luckily there was one available and the staff was able to give me what I asked for.Avis
