Car was ready when scheduled for pick up. Time needed to get car was under 10 minutes.Cons:
Grass clippings were in rear floor- should have been vacuumed. But overall not a problem.2.0 Poor

Cons:
Showed up to get the car and the office was closed for the day. No indication on the reservation that they would be closed at the time we had reserved the car. No call to tell us. We had to drive a half hour to get another car at three times the rate. Overall a terrible experience.10.0 Wonderful

Disappointed that all the seats didn't completely fold down for a complete flat back area in the Toyota Minivan... Dodge Caravan does The windshield wipers needed to be replaced.Hertz

Staff was helpful and friendly. Car was clean and in excellent condition. Drop off was well-explained and easy.Cons:
Perhaps a tutorial on use of radio equipment, AC and other features might be helpful, especially to those of us who don't normally drive and aren't up to speed with all the new bells and whistles that cars have these days.10.0 Wonderful

Staff was friendly and accommodating, super helpful and professional, pick up and drop off very easy. Car was basically brand new and very clean. Thank you very much to Dan and Tim for making it quick and easy, ...and driving me home. I know where to go when I’m looking for a next rental...Cons:

Customer service at this rental agency was excellent, Josh did a great job of answering my questions over the phone and making sure a car was available and ready when I arrived. Local knowledge and history of the area from some of the other employees was helpful and spot on.Cons:
There is no parking lot so had to look over my car in the busy street in front of the building.10.0 Wonderful

1. Car was very dirty and had stains on the passenger seat and ceiling 2. When I was picking it up, I had to do an inspection in a dingy garage and the guy who took me in my car acted as though I was being unreasonable for wanting to do a walk-around and checking off every scratch and dent before taking off with the car. Because the lighting was so bad, I didn't see many of the scratches and dents until I parked the car outside, which I hope I am not charged for, since I didn't cause them.4.0 Mediocre

1. Nissan quest was comfortable....dirty....but comfortable 2. Phone service activating Travelpass features after we started our rideCons:
1. Hertz quality of service is very poor around rentals 2. Hertz-first/customer last policies and procedures....very difficult to have a positive experience...even for loyal members 3. Vans were dirty....first van dominated by cigarette smoke...plus...burnhole in upholestery...required me to drive to different location to pick up second van....then.. . . . 4. Nickle and dime charging (attempting to).... $4 transfer fee after first van unusable....attempt to charge an extra hour upon return since they based the start time on the first van we had to exchange. Overalll, an awful service organization.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

When making the reservation, it wasn't until after I received the confirmation email that it was stated that there was a fee after a certain amount of miles. This needs to be stated upfront.7.2 Good

Ended up switching my reservation to Summit office. Staff at both offices were professional and pleasant. Will definitely continue to rent from them.Cons:
Office was very busy so they had to wash a car for me. While I waited. Car didn't end up being as clean as I would have liked...mostly the windshield. Considering they were able to switch my rental location at the last minute, I didn't want to make a fuss.10.0 Wonderful

Upgraded me to a more appropriate sized cargo van for same price. Van was nearly new and very comfortable. Picked me up and dropped me off.Cons:
Confusion about commercial plates on van and whether private car insurance and or credit card would cover an accident. Had to buy CDW.Payless
