No microwave in room Would have loved more space in the bathroom for make-up supplies
No a lot
Our first room smelled like urine. They switched us to a room that was better but only ok. Didn't seem happy to do it.Expected a clean room to relax in before returning home. Much less than expected and overpriced for the accomodations. Would never stay again.
Fantastic shower - hot when you wanted it, great water pressure.Comfy beds. Even though they were supposedly pretty full we never heard a lot of noise from other rooms or the hallway.
The pillows were little squares, which was weird, but not horrible. We registered a few days out, and there were no rooms left that were no-smoking and had two queens. I went ahead and got a room with one queen, assuming we'd have to get a rollaway for our son. As we got close to Morton I called to ask them to put the rollaway in the room, but found out they didn't have any available. Priceline selected a smoking room for me. I never stay in smoking rooms. I did not notice this until the hotel clerk pointed out the reservation was for a smoking room. The smoke odor was overwhelming and the clerk said they had no non-smoking rooms. The hotel further indicated that they could not refund payment and that would need to come from Priceline, since the reservation was made by them. Regardless, we were about to leave, because the smoking room was overwhelming. Then the clerk said she found a non-smoking room, so we checked into that room. The problem with our experience was not with the hotel, but with Priceline, because Priceline selected a default smoking room, not the hotel. If I ever use Priceline again it will be with great caution, and I will also warn friends about this problem.
The room we had was apparently remodeled recently as the bedding, shower, and the other amenities were in excellent shape
Their reception area could use a facelift, but was functionalThis hotel offered good value for the room price. The breakfast selection was very limited, but other than that, our stay was very pleasant for the 3 days we were there. We particularly liked the fact that the ground floor rooms were directly accessable from the parking lot.
