A small continental breakfast was included. The receptionist was friendly.
The room was non smoking but had a musty odor. The bathroom floor had a rusty spot and a small puddle.
When we came in, the older receptionist was so friendly- he took me out back to show me where to park my large U-haul truck. He also pointed out a back alley to get back on the bridge that goes over the freeway so I could go to a Thai restaurant I wanted to eat at. The reception area was done in marble and just had a feel of majestic places that are no longer built. The room was large, nice paint, and the entire place seemed very clean, unlike some of the reviews I had read. The king bed was very comfortable. I will travel this route just to go back to this hotel.
To get to the entrance of the hotel, you have to take the freeway on-ramp and then turn off before reaching the freeway. A little unusual, but there is also a back entrance that goes between two gas stations and a McDonalds that doesn't use this entrance from the freeway on-ramp.
