Enterprise called me shortly after my initial reservation and said they had no cars available for my selected time, but they would have a vehicle for me later in the day. Thirty minutes before my new pick up time, that enterprise set, they called me to tell me they didn’t have a car for me. I explained to them that I needed a car desperately and would be willing to take any vehicle, and pay any price associated with a new vehicle. The person I spoke with then told me they had no cars at all as their current stock was already set to be rented out for the day. The associate then asked if there was anything else she could do for me, then ended the call. Long story short enterprise shouldn’t rent out cars if they know they don’t have the stock to fulfill the customer promise.Avis
