Great employees-friendly, personable, all spoke whenever seen.Great linens...nice that even spread was washed after each guest's stay!Breakfast/bed were fine, too.Convenient, very close to where we needed to be on Sunday morning!
nothing to report here! That's nice, isn't it?!
Second time staying there. Love the location!
Wonderful friendly staff; room was clean and comfortable. This is a newer hotel and is very well decorated. The continental breakfast was wonderful; many choices and the robust coffee was great! Definitely a great hotel to choose!
Our only complaint was that the heater/air conditioner unit was noisy. But this is very common and every hotel we have stayed in has had the same issue.
Jeff was excellent the night manager... I had a problem with directions from the Litchfield Hampton... And he gave me a free upgrade at no extra charge...A+ For Jeff
Staff. The concierge was having a difficult time finding a cab to pick us up Sunday morning to pick up our car at the Marsh Walk. The concierge had her son take us when she couldn't get any of the cab company's to answer.
My husband as well as my Aunt have stayed here three times during the past few years, since it opened, and have always been treated with courtesy and kindness. Clean rooms and pool. Great morning breakfast. Beautiful lobby. No issues, what-so-ever.
new very clean safe area close to marshwalk
a little priceyXXX i could of been beachfront for XXX
The staff. Very friendly and accommodating.
The hotel is fairly new so everthing has a clean look and does not that have that worn down hotel feel you get in older hotels. The free breatfast is a bonus, not the greatest hot foods but coffee, cereal, breads and fruit are fine. It beats having to feed a family of 4 at Denny's. The location of the hotel is decent. The area looks safe and there are quite a few restauants and stores within walking distance. The hotel can be a bit far from the beach if that is what you came to the area for. The pool is OK especially for kids. The staff was courteous and helpful to me. I found the rooms to be comfortable and have all the ammenities I needed. Free internet is a bonus. I would definitely stay here again since I have stayed at other 'higher rated' hotels in the area that were just more worn down.
I went to the Hampiton Inn to see what there rooms and their rate was when I walked in I wasn't greeted and then at the desk the lady there didn't want to help me.I asked her what her rates were and she said with a tone that I didn't like for what dates I said that I was checking around and then she said that they dont play that game for lows rate I walked out ever to return to that hotel again It looks like with the Holiday Inn right down the road they would be more accepting for the busniss I guess not....I will stay
