Everyone was very nice and polite! The room was very nice
Very limited parking
The location is great, and the rooms were pretty neat
The wifi does not work
Convenience to Beach access and boardwalk attractions. Effeciency style was nice. Beds were good.
Through the wall air conditioner was old and needed an upgrade. Compressor would cycle off and on interrupting a goods nights sleep. One elevator to service 11 story hotel is not adequate. Stairs had to be used several times as a result of this.
I thought the front desk staff were very nice and helpful, the cleaning staff were also very nice. The location was great, and plenty of free parking!
Our bathroom ceiling leaked on us-the lady over housekeeping was rude-we had no wifi in our room-the coffee maker had not been cleaned when we arrived-toilet paper never restocked-although cleaning staff were nice, didn't do a good job!Aqua Inn is a good place to stay if you want to be walking distance to boardwalk. Some balconies have good views of the ocean, even though you are 2 roads back.We had a problem with the bathroom ceiling leaking on our heads, but we were given excess of the adjoining room for a bathroom until ours was repaired 3 days later. We didn't have Wifi in our room the 5 days we were there. The cleaning staff are nice, but don't do a good job. Plenty of free parking.
The location to the pavilion.
Pool was small, not heated. Rooms show some wear and tear. No indoor pool.Ok to stay in if you want to be in the middle of Myrtle Beach night life. Loud at night and overall kinda shabby hotel. Pool collected a lot of trash.
The location of this hotel was excellent. Only problem is that you are located right in the mix of everything and you don¿t get real peace and quiet till the wee hours of the morning if your room faces the ocean. Walking distance to all necessities.
There was no parking! There are very few free parking spaces at the hotel but they have a lot across the street... that is if you are brave enough to park your car there. They also charge a 20$ hotel fee over and above the Priceline charges.Bottom line... this is a clean but dated hotel with a great right at or close to the beach, entertainment, and dinning with very little free parking at the hotel site. I'm 44 years old and married with kids now and this room was comfortable but nothing to jump up and down about; but back in the day I would have killed to get a room at the Aqua Beach Inn!
