The location is top notch. Easy access to beach and other food and activities.
Room elevator dirty- roaches in bathroom, sticky sheets, lots of smokers everywhere in hotel, pool.
On the beach
Dirty, found several long hairs in the shower. Someone's left overs were still in the refrigerator and it smelled. It took the refrigerator over 24 hours to get cool. No ice in the ice machines (they had two). Out dated. Only one elevator and it was very slow and old. I tried to get my money back, was refused. No internet access even though it was listed as an amenity.
This hotel had no iron or ironing board in the room. You had to put a deposit down to get. It had no coffee like most hotels. It only had a coffee maker. When we got there, the phone didn't work, 3 out of 4 burners on the stove didn't work and the coffee maker was leaking. The pictures on the internet makes the room look great. But they were not. This was a third world hotel. The party I was with had bites all over the body when she woke up in another room. The hotel moved them to another room and said it was bed bugs. The GM was supposed to meet with them and didn't. Then the hotel reversed and said they didn't have bed bugs.
The convenience of it.
The rooms were a bit stuffy. They should have rooms closer to the indoor pool for families with handicap members with them. We were put on the furthurist end of the buildings from the indoor pool. So my daughter with Cerebral palsy never was able to walk that far to the pool.
Rooms smelled bad, carpet still damp from people before. Very cheap furniture, facility. TV didn't work. Beds very hard
Small kitchen and right on the beach.
