Great room well arranged and appointed, very comfortable! Nice Breakfast! Greatest coffee!
Very clean and helpful staff. Not too far from downtown Nashville.
There are no quiet spaces for a quest to go and get away from their room and the general lobby. Parking is limited, too.
Comfortable, clean, excellent service. Free wi-fi made our stay more convenient. Complimentary breakfast had a huge selection.
This hotel was a pleasant surprise and pleasing in every way. Although priced a bit higher than the average Hampton Inn, we decided to take a chance because of the location, near the upscale suburbs south of Nashville, adjacent to the Mall at Green Hills and less than 15 minutes from the historical downtown. The outside looks like every other in the Hampton chain; nice but bland. The interior, however, was both a surprise and a delight. While the lobby and rooms are om the small size, as are typical of chain hotels, wood paneling and upscale furnishings in rich colors reminded me of the Ritz Carlton Golf Resort in Naples, FL. The warm and friendly greetings from every single staff member encountered echoed the similarity to the Ritz experience. The manager explained that the property owner wanted to make this a cut above the average Hampton Inn, and personally supervised the selection of the furnishings and training of the staff. What a great concept; to offer an upscale experience at a value price. The price through the online travel website was only $**more per night than other Hampton Inns and Suites we've visited, yet the experience was that of a standalone boutique hotel. There was only one odd but minor occurrence. When we asked for a luggage stand (there was none in the room), no one seemed to recognize what we wanted. Eventually one was found in a basement storage room, actually a beautifully finished wood stand. The breakfast buffet was also above average, with different egg entrees on different days. Overall, this is a gem of a boutique hotel, disguised as a chain franchise property I recommend it to anyone, and we will stay there again when visiting Nashville.
Hubby and I traveled to Nashville for an overnight stay and choose this property due to it's location (near the Bluebird Cafe and shopping at Green Hills Mall and the Hill Center). The hotel was a pleasant stay from check-in to check-out. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and the rooms were nicely appointed. We had a king which was nice, but I peeked at one of the suites as it was being cleaned and they looked very nice. There is a garage on the lower level which would be handy in inclement weather, but we were able to park at the lobby level. We had coffee and a light breakfast before check-out which was typical hotel fare; however, the dining area was nicely appointed and well kept. I would recommend this property and found it well priced for the upscale Green Hills area.
