Everything was great, need a little more parking on the weekends but we had a great time.
The room was large and it had a kitchen
The bed was small and there was no iron or ironing board provided in the room
Loved having the kitchen. We were really lucky and the grill was right outside our door also.
This hotel was excellent! Easy access to Nissan Stadium, airport and opryland. The staff were all very nice and friendly.
Long term resident has pit bull dogs and they were not on leash. We complained to the clerk and they said they were aware. I have small dogs and was a little afraid we would run into them, but we did not see them again.
Friendly, helpful service..The maid was quick and efficient. Breakfast was good. enjoy the pool and the grilling area. will definitely make reservations again
Great location near shopping, the opry, and Andrew Jackson's Hermitage.
Not knowing about a $20 per day charge on my card until I asked about it at the front desk. I was told it was refundable deposit. It was refunded on my card at checkout.
Great service - helped us out of a pinch when we left something behind. Thank you!
The staff was exceptionally friendlyHad a little convenience store for snacks.Bed was comfortable and room clean. We didn't use the kitchen but it was nicely stocked.Nice breakfast choices if you can get up early enough after a fun night dancing.
Breakfast ended too early. Would have been nice if it would have gone to 10;:00If you're in the bathroom and someone opens the door it hits your knees due to lack of space. The caulk around the tub and floor looked bad and was the wrong kind of caulk.
Clean. Great breakfast. Nice kitchen.
Light in kitchen constantly was flickering
Room size was good,
Weather had been very bad in the area, but they had not done a very good clearing steps to rooms. All Rooms had outside entrances. We had to step through mud on the sidewalk;.It could have been cleaned better. Room was cold, ran out of hot water.
The staff was friendly when we checked in.
Someone gave out my phone number. That is a breach of privacy. Do not trust this hotel.
I love the hotel this is my 3 yr staying there for Thanksgiving
The room above us had a family with children that bump all day and night over our heads we complain but nothing done one morning when we got up to go to breakfast the police was call about something that happen up there. We normally have a peaceful time
The room had a large bug, which we killed. At 2 am there was a loud commotion outside our room. The breakfast room looked like a refuge camp. They ran out of food probably because people were filling 'to go' containers so full that they would not close.
Although I didn't use these amenities, it had a fully functional kitchen and dining area. Very spacious.
close to Nashville
surroundings and quality and size of the room.
Was not happy with the hotel
Access to rooms was outside. The walk was quite far to front desk area. No one told us the time frame for continental breakfast. There was a bug in our bed.
Amenities: kitchen, basketball court, full breakfast selection (at no additional charge)
Though a room for 4, had towels and shampoo only for 2. Had sheets only for one bed (not sofa-bed). No option for putting kids in separate beds (no roll-aways available -- rooms too small per fire code according to staff)
Taylor Swift was in town so Nashville was practically sold out. This hotel wasn¿t as close to downtown as we wanted but they had a special relationship with a local taxi driver and he was very accommodating.
Toilet was in need of repair. Wi-fi was flakey. Credit card charged twice for room.
This was a better value than reserving 2 rooms for one overnight. My only complaint was the upstairs shower did not have any hot water when the downstairs shower was being used. Two people could not shower in the 2 baths simultaneously. Maybe it has a small water heater??
My wife, three colleagues and I stayed in an upstairs suite on January 1st...the room was extremely out-dated, had several wall outlets that wouldn't work, and no weather stripping around the front door. The Murphy bed should have been called the Murphy's Law bed - anything that could go wrong went wrong...the mattress was old and uncomfortable, as was the pull-out sofa bed. This is one of the 'original' Residence Inn layouts (apartment complex style) and just really needs to be renovated. For the money, it wasn't worth it at all!
Large well equiped units. Good Brakefast. NO indor pool but they let you use the one on the Marriot accross the street.
I was impressed first of all with breakfast. It was great! My family & i enjoyed our stay. The suite was roomy & comfy. Polite front desk staff. I would stay again, again, & again!
Went to this hotel due to the park and travel option. The airport shuttle was over 30 min. late - if we wouldn't have gotten in and driven ourselves over to the airport we would have missed our check in. Not only did we start our trip all stressed out, but we ended up having to pay for our parking at the airport as well. The room was very nice and clean - but the late shuttle over shadowed the good things.
