I travel a lot and never went to a hotel that I booked and confirmed that was over booked. I had to travel to 2 other hotels at 1:00 am before I found a place that would honor my reservation I had at the metro points hotel. I will not use priceline againI would hope someone would contact me from priceline and the hotel. I asked for the managers contact information. I called and left a message the following day and never heard back from anyone. very poor service!!!!!
Convenient location for visiting Six Flags
No. Staff was very friendlyRoom and public areas clean. Great price for this area. Would stay again
Excellent line staff. Great location
The bathroom needed work. The coating on the tub was peeling. The sink countertop was also in need of work. We were on the 10th floor - the room was quiet, but that floor had the feel of being a little dodgy.
Location and very kind and nice driver to metro station.
No refrigerator in the room. The unfriendly front desk staff. We also found the key chains under the pillow the first day we walked into the room. Not recommend at all.
Friendless of the staff
Wi-fi needs improvement False information in regards to swimming pool Improvement is needed on the continental breakfast One manager seem to have an attitudeNeeds improvement, however convienent

There weren't any negative experiences at this hotel. My only negative observations were that the bathroom amenities were on cheap plastic. Towels weren't the softest but they smelled fresh. Tub was worn and permanently stained but clean. We greatly appreciated the shuttle to and from the Metro. Though it is within walking distance to the Metro - the neighborhood seemed sketchy. Probably best to pay the Metro parking $8.50 and not worry about waiting for a shuttle. This hotel had breakfast and free parking which is not common. I was disappointed that I didn't get to enjoy it as my departure times during my stay was before breakfast was served. The rooms smelled fresh and looked clean. Aside from the di...
This hotel doesn't take payment from priceline. Since I booked room for someone else, the hotel and I have to exchange faxes a few time before they willing to accept my credit card payment. It took more than an hour to check in.Don't like this hotel. Will never book a room with them again.
