Rooms are clean
Not a 5 * hotel, AC in room and even in hallways and common area do not work. Not close to airport about 30 minutes away.
Excellent hotel. Better than other great 5 star hotel in the line.
Hotel employee at reception
Reception ried to charge extra for intenet. Dehli taxi drivers overcharing. This hotel is 2 km from the airport not 12 or 20 as foreign guests are told
Spacious rooms with hardwood floor.
We booked 2 rooms - 1 for us and 1 for the children and they weren't together. There were no mosquito repellents on the first night so we got 'bitten alive'.However, the staff were very understanding and upgraded us to a suite.
Very courteous staff. Always willing to help
Poor Air conditioning. The thermostats don't really function properly. Old systems in place where either you can heat the entire building or cool it. Can't adjust as per an individual's need.
This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in the 42 countries I have visited. Surely a #1 hotel in India and the best is Customer Service and Cleandiness. I will always stay in the same hotel whenever visiting Delhi.
Decent mall behind it for quick shopping, snacks etc
Not meant for Americans. No queue system at front desk. Average communication skills at the travel and reception. Poor quality closets in room. Good shower but not a dry floor bathroom. Poor access to Business center computer. No free wifi.
It's nice and beautiful hotel no doubt
There are always texi problem and the hotel charges was ripoff if u have ur own car then it's ok otherwise don't think about it
