I really liked how clean and presentable the hotel was. Also, it was located around a large number of places to eat and see so it was optimal.
The room was tiny in my opinion even though it was a room with a King bed.
Proximity to the Yale University campus.
We were 'upgraded to a corner room' and warned that there would be noise. The amount of noise that lasted until about 4:00 a.m. was more than I would have expected. Quite frankly, until they change the window glass, these rooms should not be used.
Convenient location. Nice room.
Parking facility and cost.
Stayed at hotel for a concert. Very close to the Shubert Theater.
We booked a one bedroom room, but they said Priceline booked a two bedroom room. Not a huge deal for one night, but it was a romantic evening. They also get you for an additional $20 for parking, but in a city I guess thats pretty standard.Loved all the small taverns and restaurants close by.
The room and environment
Parking is a real nightmare and real expensiveExcellent room and staff
location, professionalism of staff, clean
our room wasn't cleaned on Sunday. Cleaners had too much work. All the extras cost: park $20, beer at bar $6, coffee in lobby $3.88 and they don't sell 'small' siZes. Felt we were being charged for every little thing.
