Cons:
Got there to pick up my scheduled pickup to find out they had no vehicles available. I made this reservation days in advance. She tried to call aroumd no vehicles at any of their locations. Then offered a vehicle that had a broken seal to the door so if it would rain it would leak in the car. The reception was rude. Calked to get my money back so I can go to enterprise was told would take 5 business days for my money to be returned!!!!! I ended up getting a vehicle from enterprise service was great!!!Enterprise Rent-A-Car

They need to make it explicitly clear (online and at rental kiosk) that they do not accept Debit cards so we don’t wait an hour in line at the airport only to find out that I can’t rent a car when I finally speak to the employee.6.0 Okay

Drop off experience was not smooth. No one available to ask questions. Drop off in Kenner was somewhat of a nightmare. Next time I’ll allow at least an hour extra time8.4 Very good

Car was dirty with food on steering wheel and center counsel windows were so dirty I had to pull over and wife a circle so I could see out of it. Vehicle was supposed to be Covid-19 safety sanitized with a sticker and no such thing. Also I reserved a SUV and ended up in an Nissan Altima and told “oh well it’s all we have”8.0 Very good

I reserved a convertible because we needed a parade car for my daughter. They confirmed the car in advance, but once I got there, NO CONVERTIBLE. The person working the counter was not the friendliest and acted as if it was not their problem. Very Disappointed with the whole experience.2.0 Poor

I really liked Neshanda (maybe I misspelled her name). Very helpful. Helped me get another vehicle since the mini van I reserved was not there.Cons:
I hate not getting the vehicle I reserved on line. You showed a mini van but that is not what I got. Why do you ALWAYS bait and switch? I do not think I have ever gotten the exact vehicle I have reserved. Why?????5.2 Fair

Car was dirty in inside. Scratches all over outside of car. Brakes made noise because of a needed brake job, and the car had 40k miles on it. Worse rental I had in years.6.8 Okay

I booked a Suburban or similar. Was called the day before and was asked if a mini van would be ok. I said yes. When we got there we got a Cheverolet Traverse. Not at all big enough for the people and luggage we had. Very disappointed!Sunnycars
