We had a wonderful stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially John, the Valet. The room was great, and the location of the hotel was too. We will be back!
Nothing, except we didn't get to stay longer
Breakfast was fine, close to the sites
Charged me $150 for deposit and still haven't gotten it back.
I like the fact that the hotel staff especially the Front Desk Manager Tashena Johnson helped me out when my credit card was compromised. She did the best she could to make my stay as comfortable as it should have been. The location was great. Not to far from everything attended.
I didn't like the way my reservation was not in the system when I arrived and I didn't like the 1:00am phone call asking for authorization...
I like the fact that it was close to where I wanted to go easy to get around town.
The only problem is that someone did call in the middle of the night trying to poach my credit card but they told me about that upon my arival. They've been having problems with someone messing with their customers.
Great location and staff was wonderful! They picked us out a room on the 8th floor with a beautiful view of Canal Street and the Mississippi River. Will book again on our next trip back to New Orleans.
Very nice hotel! We had a beautiful corner room with a good amount of space and two comfortable double beds. Breakfast was basic, but great, and the staff was very nice. Clean and a great location!
I only have one complaint -- I was frustrated that our towels were changed everyday, even if we hung them up. But otherwise, everything was great!
Everyone on the staff was so friendly and sincere about it. They were always will yo help us figure out things to do and where to go. This will not b our last trip to this great hotel! And the ladies who did breakfast were great!
Nothing! It was a great week. It is just a well worn place.
Location. Bed was comfortable. Was able to get early check in.
air conditioner sounded like a jet Engine Taking off. Room lighting was terrible. Towels inconveniently placed in bathroom right above the only shelf/counter space.
This is the second time we have stayed here. We originally picked it for its convenience and location. The staff remembered us from our stat last year and treated us like royalty.
We arrived a bit early and hoped for an early check in, but our room was not ready. That was more our fault and had nothing to do with the staff. They were more than accommodating when it came to storing our luggage.
Friendly Staff, Valet parking at a reasonable rate.
A little confusing and hard to find at first. Some instructions about parking and check in would be helpful.
The staff was fantastic! I was greeted with a smiling face every corner I turned. Additionally, the location was perfect and the price was right! I think I have found my new home every time I visit New Orleans.
Nothing at all
Good location Few Blocks from Bourbon and Harrahs. Didn't need a cab at all.
Booked double queen room. Tiny room Beds looked and slept like twins. Water went cold in shower couple different times. Electric outlets are few and a hassle to get to. Two outlets were loose and plug kept falling out. Free breakfast ends at 9:25 kinda early. Some staff were polite. Mgr on duty was super rude when it came to helping one our friends regarding canceling an extra room booked. Another employee even said the other two managers would've let him cancel but the one on duty gets a kick out of being difficult. Really didn't like that considering we had 3 rooms. One of the two elevators were broken. Had to take stairs a few times. Location is good but would honestly pay the difference to stay at better hotel in the same vicinity.
