The entire experience was excellent. The hotel was clean and had character, it really felt like I was staying in New Orleans. The staff were very friendly and practiced hospitality. Michelle at the Front Desk, was very informative, approachable and a total professional. Sasha from Housekeeping was a delight running into, always displayed hard work, greeted and smiled. I will come back on my next trip to NOLA.
Nice room, xlnt mattress, good service. Close to big convention hotels and to convention center. Has good steakhouse in same bldg. definitely consider this hotel unless you really need convention hotel. Not as romantic as small hotels in the Qtr. , but still very nice
Street noise early and often
Location was excellent. Clean rooms, helpful staff, free continental breakfast.
Water pressure was low. Street noise, but hey it's New Orleans.
Super nice staff. Fantastically convenient location. Close to Bourbon St, without being TOO close. Near to bars & restaurants in the warehouse district, which is attractive alternative to mayhem / tourist trap area.
Staff was very kind and helpful
Expense for valet parking. only breakfast in room and it nust ve sheduled ib advance the day before.
--Valet parking at Mardi Gras --A very friendly staff from check in to delivering coffee and croissants to my door on silver platters --Location Location Location --The price --Accommodating a one night stay --Zapps chips and rootbeer --Nice size televisions, in both rooms
--The customer coughing in the outside courtyard pool area VERY early in the morning. It rings through the building all the way to the top floor. --The smoking customers taking over the beautiful courtyard in the morning. Those who enjoy fresh air and their coffee in the courtyard were run out due to the nasty smokers....UGH. --The rude Chophouse employees (next door restaurant)
