Town & Tide Inn

The Town & Tide Inn offers B&B accommodations just steps from Cliff Walk. There is free breakfast featuring local cuisine and free parking is available, as well. The International Tennis Hall of Fame and Museum is a five-minute walk from the property, which is also close to Easton’s Beach, Newport Mansions, the Touro Synagogue, Beachwood Mansion, the Breakers, and Fort Adams State Park. Newport State Airport is less than 10 minutes from this B&B.

There are 12 smoke-free, air-conditioned rooms at the inn, which also offers complimentary WiFi in all areas. There is a garden with a fountain, a terrace, and a picnic area for guest enjoyment. Daily housekeeping is available and all rooms are individually decorated and furnished. The hotel front desk is open from 8AM to 7PM daily. Guests arriving after 7PM will need to make advance arrangements for check-in.

Children age 10 and under are not allowed at this property. Pets are not allowed, either. There is a dining area on the main floor that includes a TV and self-serve breakfast station, as well as a fireplace. All of the guest rooms feature comfortable beds with premium bedding, ironing amenities, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Hair dryers are included, as well.

Guest rooms also feature a desk, sitting area, a closet with luggage storage, and bedside outlets for convenient device charging. There are also seating areas throughout the inn for guest use. Individual climate control is provided for guests and all rooms include premium TV.
