Pros (+) I liked the location. Very close to Niagara Falls.
Cons (-) 1. Urine on toilet seat. 2. Crooked bed. 3. Dirty carpet and surface area. For visitors, I suggest to either pay a little more, or drive 5-10 minutes more to for about the same cost, but much much cleaner and comfortable place. ~$80 for a double bed/nt was not worth it.
