Staff was nice and it was pretty clean.
There was no fridge. I am a breastfeeding mother so when I pumped i didnt have a place to store it.
Room was clean and bed was comfortable!
I loved everything!
Nothing terrible hotel
I asked for a non smoking room and when I arrived the room smelled really bad with smoke odor
Nice decor, clean and friendly staff
The hotel us currently being renovated. The new entrance and other amenities are clearly marked. The hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. The hotel provides golf cart rides for guests who don't want--or are unable--to walk to other parts of the building.
I had the absolute worst experience I've had at any hotel. The room was dirty and very uncomfortable and the breakfast is very expensive. I was unable to enjoy the pool because when you walk into the room where the indoor pool is, it was freezing cold in the room. Then you go outside to enjoy the weather and the outdoor pool and the water was freezing cold. When I went to complain to the staff I was told that the pool heater had broken and they were waiting on a part to come in. My daughter got sick from being in that cold water. Then housekeeping threw my shoe box away to my Jordan shoes meaning if I wanted to sell them down the line, the value is significantly decreased because I don't have a box. I called the front desk about that and they said it was more than likely gone by now, but he'll check and call me back. Never received that phone call back. There was a wedding reception being held during my stay. It took me 30 minutes to find a parking spot and the wedding guest were out of control. There was trash and food all over the elevators, people were playing on the elevators, people were drunk and the noise level was through the roof. I would never stay at that hotel again. I've never had such a bad experience at any hotel!!!!!!!
My family had a satisfactory experience overall. The hotel room was clean and spacious enough, and the water pressure in the bath was amazing.
The hotel was a little old and run down, but it seems like they will be remodeling the lobby and guest rooms soon. The room and beds were slightly humid though.
Noisy and hot
The pool was great, beds were comfortable. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful.
There is no microwave or refrigerator. The bathrooms are a bit dirty around the floor area. The tv is terrible. There are few channels especially for small children and it took forever to change the channel. There was someone apparently smoking in the stairwell at 4 am on the first night. We had to go down 8 flights of stairs which I completely understand but then the elvator wouldn't work and no one bothered to tell us for about an hour and we had to climb 8 flights up. I'm 8 months pregnant and I have a 2 year old. The night staff really couldn't care less and didn't even apologize. They just looked at us like what did we want them to do about it? We didn't want anything, just for someone to acknowledge this was a very difficult inconvienince for us.
During our stay, we were awoken by hammering. Apparently there was construction going on above us. The next day, there was an issue with the air conditioner, so the next day they moved us to another room in which the air worked a little better, but not much. Wasn't a very great weekend away.
The indoor pool, te 10th floor view of Stone Mountain, the King and Queen buildings and Downtown Atlanta, and the spacious suite were perfect for my four year old daughter and my first Christmas alone.
I thought the suite would be a little bit bigger, maybe the living and bedroom parts separated. Breakfast was rather expensive too.
The hotel can use some remodeling. The room had a stint to it. The tub certainly needs some refurbishing done to it. However the staff was great and pleasant.
Church, Nice Lobby
Mildew shower, Chair peeling, Direct TV kept going out, remote didn't work, no room refrigerator, WiFi cost $10 Breakfast cost was too high I've stayed in less expensive places that were a lot better.
BEAUTIFUL HOTEL AND ROOM.
