There was no heat in the first room. The heater plug in showed evidence of a fire. I called the desk. The clerk was nice, but would not believe me. Room smelled of ammonia. The plug in broke with part of it staying in the outlet. 1 hr to check in
Close to the freeway - room and all areas clean, and staff were all very friendly.
The location was perfect and the staff was even better than perfect!! Every staff member I encountered at this location during my staff was wonderful!!!
It has no workout facility. And, I think it's a little pricy for a motel type hotel. But, I guess it's the location
I asked for a non-smoking room, and the itinerary said the room would be assigned at check-in. The staff said that we'd been assigned a smoking room and that they absolutely could NOT change it. My husband has asthma and spent an awful, sleepless night.
Stained furniture, outright rude staff
Room smelled moldy.
The room was too small no space shower curtain was out.
Hotel and lobby are decent looking but the rooms are run-down and badly in need of maintenance. \n\nWe had white plaster patches on the walls of our room that looked like someone smeared them on with their hands. The floors were so grimey looking we wouldn't go barefoot on the carpeting or the bathroom. The air conditioning was very noisy and the room went from hot to cold as it turned off and on. The noise of it going on and off woke us up all during the night.\n\nYou had to walk outside halfway around the hotel for ice. The ice machine was in a small laundry room where the dryers were direct-vented inside the room. The temperature and smell was unbearable.
