It is close to Trimper's Rides and Amusement Park, and the Oceanic Fishing Pier and Baja Amusements. Just a half of an hour from the Salisbury-Ocean City Wicomico Regional Airport, it is also two miles from the Assateague Island National Seashore.

The seaside property features an array of amenities that will satisfy business and leisure travelers equally, and which include a business service center, exercise room, free parking, a complimentary continental breakfast each day, a coin-operated laundry, and a seasonal outdoor pool and sundeck. There is also a mini-market and 24-hour fitness center.
