The interior of the car could have been cleaner. The drop-off experience could have been WAY better. They might be able to update their Computer System - 1 -easy access for local locations to change drop-off if that's what the customer is requesting, and 2 - have the ability to convert currency!10.0 Wonderful

I got there and they didn’t have the Jeep Wrangler initially and tried to talk me into another car. Ended up getting me the correct vehicle after a bunch of wasted time. Upon return they couldn’t find the vehicle or my reservation in the system. It took a ridiculous amount of time to find it and they claimed i was assigned the wrong vehicle. I had to pull up all my emails because they couldn’t find the car in the system after repeatedly asking if I was sure I was returning it to the right place. At the end they were able to make something work so I could get to my plane on time. They did apologize for the inconvenience but it was frustrating overall.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
When someone rents a GPS it should have instructions with it or the operation be explained. I could not get sound out of it and old address kept coming up. It was night time rain and it seems all the City is in Construction, and the GPS does not work very dangerous.10.0 Wonderful

With the red part at the bottom of the gauge and the hash marks at various points, and the confusing symbols for "full and "empty (Yes, I know a filled circle should be full and an empty circle empty but if you don't drive all the time and as I said, the red colour at the bottom made me think that the graph would turn red as it emptied.) Then, after reading the materials, saying the car was 8/8 full, I thought maybe the rpm thing to the left, which has 8 divisions, was the gauge. The woman who was working your counter on Dec. 24 at 7 pm when I picked up my car was phenomenal. Give her a raise and hold onto her. There were 3 of us and she handled us professionally and with friendliness that's rare these days. A++ for her.2.0 Poor

Cons:
We received quite a larger vehicle than booked as the type of vehicle we had booked was not available so I think the vehicle should have been the correct size. Also, the vehicle had Florida license plates and being in Canada and driving, because of the travel restrictions and people’s heightened stress, we didn’t feel comfortable driving in Canada with the Florida plates under Covid.10.0 Wonderful

After streetparking my mirror had been flopped back. Sure enough-two dents in the door - I had been side swiped. I reported to insurance and Avis Ottawa who were very calm and supportive. Returning the car, an employee immediately told me that it was old damage. Honest and clear service.2.0 Poor
