Notified them I would come earlier than my appointed time >> that was OK. Mentioned I would be driving to multiple cities >> they upgraded me to a larger vehicle >> Yippie ! Noone was there when I dropped the car off. I found papertowel (used) in the car. Not acceptable at all given this is a Covid pandemic. I was told after I had booked the car that Costco members get a discount. The agents never really tell you about any features or benefits. When I showed up the woman was not there so I had to wait for her.5.6 Fair

Pick up and drop out were quick and efficient. The office location is conveniently located and the person was pleasant considering he was also dealing with another customer who was in a difficult situation.Cons:
The vehicle itself (a Toyota Sienna) was not comfortable, but we did not have a choice since we had a group of 6. A Grand Caravan would've be a better choice for us, but none were available.Budget
