The cleanliness of the room, lobby and dining area, and responsiveness of the staff.
No toom service over the holiday but it was not a problem.
My husband I really thought the room was excellent. The staff was warm and welcoming. Every staff member we met always greeted us with a Hello is there any thing I can help you with. I would recommend this hotel at this location is a great place to stay.
Big, clean rooms. Great bedding and decorated nicely.
Freindly considerate staff from check in till check out.
We stopped here after and long day on the road and were greeted by Denise with her warm smile and friendly attitude. The hotel had been recently renovated and was clean and homey. Denise gave us a great suggestion on a wonderful local restaurant (Wrays Fins and Feathers!) YUM! And perfect directions! We had a great nights sleep, woke to the best free hotel breakfast I have ever had! It was a wonderful experience. I wish all of ours stays were this pleasant! Thank you!
We absolutely loved everything about the hotel...dark thick curtaims so the room would be dark.... awesome breskfast... it was a great idea that they had pool side towels ready ...
It was very convienet.
The room we ordered was not as described. Paid extra for a whirlpool in our room. Got there and gentleman said that the motel had been renovated and there were no rooms with whirlpool
The rooms were immaculately clean and well maintained.
Comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast was very nice too.
Could use more lighting and security fence.
The location was easy to find.
Our room was not ready when we arrived. We had to wait 45 minutes for it to be cleaned.
Great complimentary breakfast in the morning. convenient location to the places we wanted to explore.
We had been on the road for 7 hrs and arrived at 4:45 AM. We were exhausted and past ready to sleep. I was shocked when the night manager informed that I could not come in because it was too late and she was doing her nightly audit. She was adament about this even when i explaind that i had a prepayed reservation. I was very upset . She finally called her boss for permission to let us in. Otherwise the stay was average.
Our stay was quiet and restful. Staying in Cherokee avoided the madness of Gatlinburg , and allowed easy access to the GSMP. While we were staying at the hotel, the Indianapolis area (our home) suffered some bad storms, and the hotel staff asked about our home and family. An unusually nice touch.
I really enjoyed this hotel I was traveling with my wife five kids and mother in law and we were very well taken care of. Rooms were nice, clean. Overall an excellent value.
stayed July 2009, The hotel is nasty. Long strains of hair in the sink and on bathroom floor. Red stuff on the toliet and this is the second room they put my family in. When you walk in the front door the lobby is nice even the outside is nice. Our room was on the 3rd floor. The carpets in the hallway had big stains on them. The first room was smelly and dusty. Arrived at 11pm just drove 18 hours could sleep all night. Did I mention something bite me on my face during the night,. daughter was crying because the room was horrible even my husband who never complains had issues with the room. Check out the next morining because couldn't stay another night. Staff was very nice and apoligize for the inconvience. Customer service guest relations was horrible. Stay at same hotel in 2008. Just completed renovations. amazing how much they changed in one year.
This is a nice place to stay, it is a little bit of a drive from downtown Memphis but you are rewarded with a quite place to stay. The beds are comfortable, rooms clean, staff is very friendly. There are plenty of places to eat in Olive Branch and a Wal-Mart super center is not far away. We took advantage of the in room mini fridge and microwave to save a little money, it cost a fortune to eat out every meal. This is a pet friendly hotel also.
When we checked in they had everything ready- We got in late but there was fruit and cookies still available for us. The beds were fantastic! The room was clean, breakfast was really good. There were healthy choices for breakfast - not just the usual waffles and sugar coated junk. My favorite thing about the room is NO bedspread. Those gross me out- not getting washed every day. They had washable linens. YEA! I will try to always stay with them when we travel.
Nice place, out of Memphis easy access for Hwy 78 and destinations east. new hotel. Good Breakfast. very friendly staff. Marginal BBQ store next door.
