Car smell to dog and with dog hair on seats, rear tires barely legal tread, scary moment at rain driving due to rear aqua planning, stop to check tires and discover almost no tread on rear tires2.0 Poor

Pros:
I wasn’t even able to rent the car. I reserved it online with an Apple credit card. When I was dropped off at the airport to pick up the car with the SAME CC I used to reserve it I was told I couldn’t rent it because they don’t take that CC. I had no ride home, no other CC’s. I was forced to use a different rental company that was more than twice the price. And the guy was a jerk about it to boot.Cons:
Update your systems to take CC that online allows. It was a terrible inconvenience and put me in a financial bind considering I have to pay almost $400 more for a rental. I’m beyond disappointed.10.0 Wonderful

I did appreciate the ease of this rental. To be be honest I didn’t get a chance to really evaluate this .Cons:
There was confusion , possibly my lack of understanding on how these work. My confirmation said date of pickup and 12 pm. Then it said fate of drop off 12pm I incorrectly assumed this was a predesignated time to pick up. I was wrong in that this time was time of closure. Very frustrating. Did say this anywhere time of closure. Maybe this needs to be clearer for those of us who don’t use these sites on a regular basis.2.0 Poor

The service was poor: I had to wait for awhile, then when I went to get the truck it was not the size truck is reserved. They had a size I could use but it took some time to get approval to change it. Then when trying to leave the wait at the gate took a very long time due to computer issues.6.0 Okay
