Rooms were very dated. Needs more lights it's like a dungeon in there.
Small rooms , uncomfortable beds , not a 4 star . Simon
Great location. Good value.
No vegetarian options in dining. Unhelpful concierge.
Mayor Bed Bugs!!!!!
Whenever I go to Orlando, I always check Caribe Royale first. It's very close to Disney.Springs and I've always found some kind of deal on the room rate.
All the amenities you could want : nice rooms, pool bar, and super close to Disney. Will stay here every time we come back to Orlando
Breakfast... For the price ...and to have so much dining to adveritise and to not offer any breakfast .. My husband has diabetes and we had to leave and go ip and down and parking wasnt convient it was a hassel
No breakfast ... Offered for price ...eztra booking charges that never were disclosed to me when i booked with a a site online ... And then room service each morning waking us up before 10 each morning asking if they can clean our room or come back. .this was aggravating being on vacation .. And then the pgone in our room bever worked i had tobuse cell ohone to call front desk ... Not to happy ...at all after paying 289.00 for two days.
The Hotel was close to Disney theme parks and was good value for money. The gym looked good. No frills other than the pool with the waterslide. We only stayed one night and may have enjoyed more if we had the time to explore.
Room was quite dark, and the sink for washing was in the bedroom which gave no privacy. The windows were very foggy in the morining but do clear if you want to be picky. Lots of business people which took away the holiday feel for us
Pool and the jacuzzi
Parking after hours never find a spot
The lobby and pool area was beautiful. The rooms were nice and roomy.
Poolside food and cocktails were highly over price for what was served.
Check in was great. Very nice and helpful. The location was not the best if you want night life. Nothing nearby. Pool was nice so was hot tub and exercise facilities. Bartender left much to be desired. Not terrible but not friendly. Maybe just having a bad day.
The location and some of the staff. The front desk was great though.
Location to attractions, onsite recreation, onsite restaurants, very helpful staff
The beds are crazy soft. Not good for backs.
I liked the food, the pool, the bar, the rooms were very nice and clean too. My daughter loves the waterslide. Its in a great location if youre doingthe theme parks too. For the price you cant beat this place.
I couldnt complain about anything.
Building was old , pool was outdated
Staff was fantastic. Nory in valet was over the top fantastic in helping me find my phone after I realized I dropped it in a cab; the team of valets stepped up to cover the work load while my problem was being solved. Anna in reception/reservations took exceptional lead in correcting my booking error. We were traveling on business with a team. She worked with accounting to save me embarrassment in front of my team and cost for my company.
Unfortunately, my booking error was exasperated by the reception employee who checked in my first coworker. Better judgement on her part could have saved much grief later. Also, when I arrived from the airport at 9pm I craved beer and a bite to eat. Although there is a great 24 hour cafe, the bar served only food ordered from room service which took nearly an hour to arrive with my fish taco and the bar staff appeared unhappy with their lot in life.
The room was really nice. The pool area was beautiful with a slide and plenty of seating. Also had a few tables with fire pits to enjoy outside on those cooler nights. My son loved the game room. The restaurant had good food. We had a blast at Caribe Royale and would def go back!
Nothing at all
I love the food, the staff, and the way the rooms are set up.
I was frightened during my stay there at Caribe because the entire pool and common area was covered with police tape that (stated "do not enter"). The night prior to that a Caribe staff member still dressed in uniform was in my hotel lobby bragging how he lost his temper & threw a drink on someone. To make matters worse the hotel began marking off ALL of the close parking to paint the lines when we were already a little frightened. This was our 3rd-4th stay with the Caribe, and our first uncomfortable experience.
Overall nice place and great location. The desk employees we dealt with were a pleasure to deal with.
It's terrible when you have to place judgement on a place over one incident but the laundry employees there were speaking spanish and must not have thought I was of Latin descent because the comments they made about my fiance were so disrespectful. Of course this is the reason we just could never stay there again.
The hotel was very nice looking, as were the rooms. The shuttle to disney was very convenient. Pools were clean and warm. Overall a good value for the price.
The bed in our room was quite uncomfortable. Pillows were very dense and hard to sleep on. Food was not a good value for the price charged. Water pressure in the shower was very weak.
Pool was nice.
Service was very poor. I booked my stay online, when I arrived, it took almost 30 mins to check in due to lack of communication from reservations to the hotel. I explained I had a 5 yr old in the car waiting and was told " We're Sorry " nothing more. The dining staff were rude and uppity as if I were lower than them. For the Price, even discounted, expensive.. Nothing was inclusive, Breakfast, Internet, nothing. The Advertised shuttle to Disney, quit running at 4:00pm on a Saturday. Will not Stay Nor recommend this hotel ..
The pool is fantastic and the bartender made a great margarita.
Linens weren't not even as nice as some of the lower level Hilton hotels my husband stays in for business on a regular basis. Breakfast buffet was not better than what we usually would get for free at the same Hiltons I'm talking about, but was expensive. The location was pretty far removed from anything else, i.e., International Drive, Downtown Disney. There was nothing really close in terms of restaurants.
The facilities was like a 2 star hotel. They did not even put new soap everyday. They charge you $10 for the water in the room!!!
Convenience - located down the road from Disney World. Front Desk was helpful and knowledgeable upon check in and check out. Apologized for Pool closing. 24 Hour store was convenient. Great Past Experience - Stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed our stay, but after this experience - too many other choices in Orlando.
Pool Closed - Stayed in late November and on the one of 5 days we stayed where temperatures were kindest to swimming (77) they closed the pool for maintenance on a SUNDAY (a family day). They should have done the maintenance on a Monday (less families) or when temperatures made it dangerous to swim. As a result, my family and I could not use the pool (a major reason we decided to stay). Dirty / Broken Room - Room 2233 was worthy of a motel price not hotel price - Room was dirty upon check in, magic eraser left in the sink, upon entrance room smelt like a toilet, toilet was loud and ran for minutes after flush. Door handles were unnecessarily sharp and hard to turn with luggage. Noise - You could hear everything from the other rooms. Awoken at 8am due to a gardener using a leaf blower outside the room - Not a good time to use loud equipment when guests want to sleep in. They could clean late morning or afternoon. Key Issues - Only worked 50% of time with Side Door (Tower 2). Frustrating when your then forced to circle the building to enter.
Proximity to Disney is very convenient. Facility is nice and the lobby is opulent. Friendly staff.
Not good for childless couples or people who want peace. This place was LOADED with kids and the pool area was completely jammed. The toilet hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. Neither breakfast nor wifi was included. There was insufficient parking for all the guests: If you go out and come back late at night, you'll be circling around the grounds to find a free space when someone leaves. The overall class of guests was a little low and the nightly presence of a police car was unsettling.
Parking, maid service not good, asked x more coffee twice and didn't get it
Location was great - close to all theme parks. Swimming pool was nice with waterfall, slide, and hottubs. There was enough chairs for everyone at poolside. Staff was friendly and courteous. Suites had 2 large TVs and a fridge. Nice, big, health club.
Timeshare salespersons disguised as ticket agents. Sneaky! Cleanliness of the hottubs could be better. Furniture in the living room area of the suite was a bit old.
