The landscaping is beautiful.
There are a ridiculous amount of hidden fees. No matter what price you book at, there are added fees for the use of amenities. And then TAX on top of that. Bringing amenities fees to almost 30$! We only stayed one night, so the added cost was significant to a nightly rate. Unsure if this cost is nightly or per stay. Also REFUSED to refund my money and cancel reservation even after I explained I was misinformed after booking. They do not provide airport shuttle, which was my misunderstanding- however, it was poor business practice since I had booked and asked for refund within an hour of the booking. Will not go back and will not recommend solely based on poor business practice/customer service and hidden fees.
They charged for everything. I don’t like getting a quote for a stay then have hundreds added in fees and taxes ! Not to mention the bartenders conveniently forgot to tell us that there’s an automatic gratuity added to all checks - so we double tipped for three days!! That’s criminal and shady if nothing else. And that’s on top of haveing some of the most expensive drinks in town 9.80 for a draft beer with their auto tip added !! Wow I was at Disney celebration and it was only 5.75 for two beers at happy hour and I could tip What I felt they deserved !!
Location and comfort of the room.
Worst experience ever
There were a lot of shops and an awesome pool
They overcharged me for a room then I had to buy another room and when it came time to get my money back for the extra rooms it took forever then they didn’t want to issue me my money back after speaking to several different ppl and providing my bank statement. Yet they get their money right away. Horrible service the ppl there don’t know what they’re doing business wise. Never spending a coin there again.
I love that there was something to keep all ages entertained.
This may sound petty but finding outlets in the room was a task
The lobby was beautiful. Staff very courteous. Was upgraded to a villa which was spacious and comfortable.
The building we were placed it was nothing like the lobby area. Hallways were a bit dirty and villa was a bit dated.
Great pool and area for little kids. Close to a number of activities.
The 25 extra resort fee
The checkin line was too long and only 3 people behind the counter to check in guests. Tried to get some food at one of the restaurant and there was no one to seat you. We were at a lost as to whether we had to just take a seat or wait to be seated. As it turns out after 1/2 hr, we were told, we had to be seated but by then the restaurant was closed. As for the parking, unless you choose valet parking, felt like we were on our own. No one to give you instructions as to where to go. For the price of this hotel, they can be more professional.. also, the room smell horrible. Definitely need to do better.
At the restaurant, felt they were at bit prejudice as we waited for 1/2 hr to be seated only to be told that the sushi bar was closed
Dark rooms and pool too crowded
The price was a good deal. The pool is pretty.
I wish I would have stayed somewhere else. I got a good deal, $100/nt, but it wasn’t worth it for what I wanted. The cover picture looks really nice, but the rooms are actually very dark and cramped. I know it was a good deal for the area, it just wasn’t the bright and open suite I wanted for a nice getaway.
We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly, and my kids had a blast at the pool!!
The Pool looks Amazing! Big entrance lobby was cute. Rooms was good 2 tvs, separate family room was awesome. Just a little more space in the besroom area would’ve perfect! ♥️ Overall very good
Pool needs to be heated for winter season. Bedroom shoul have a little more space.
Nice facility but mediocre service
Very nice unit with excellent amenities, well maintained
Checkin staff minimally friendly; did not explain what was available; extra $25 resort fee for Internet that we were unable to connect to; phone service requesting help connecting to it was only moderately helpful. Extra $10 fee per night parking, overall really second rate experience in a first rate facility.
