I did not use your services due to kayak canceling my reservation after I was charged and given a confermation. I went into the hotel thinking that I would have an easy check in experience, but that didn't happen. I was on the phone with kayak for an hour tring to fix THEIR mistakes. In the end I was still charget and now have to wait days before I get my refund back on my card.
Deadbolt on door would not lock.
Desk Clerk "Bobby" was very friendly and courteous
Staff was very nice, especially the maintenance gentleman who helped us with some broken lights. .
Unfortunately, 2 lights were out in the room when we arrived, which should have been fixed by the 'cleaning service' before any guests checked in.

If you're in town for a convention or trade show at the OCCC, then this place is in walking distance (across the bridge) without costing outraging money.
Don't think it's the hotel's mistake: at arrival, they didn't have my reservation in the system or elsewhere on hand. Guess I was lucky that they still had a room available. Problem with communication, booking.com?
