Location and price

Poor security. Terrible room conditions, smelled like wet dog, A/C damaged. Too old looking, facilities and even the room-key! (It was the card with holes on it, extremely old, and had to be returned!). We checked-in and in less than 1 hour we did our check-out. It was too bad, so we had to CANCEL our 6 scheduled nights stay.
There was nothing to like
Nothing , just horrible experience
Terrible hotel, not clean, foul smell, moldy pizza crust in the room, one person at the front desk, unpleasant
Half the lights did not work. Ceiling falling in from water damage. Some kind of splatter on mirror, tub, and even entertainment center. Whole room was dingey and dark.
Walking distance to Wet n Wild and Universal Studios. A/C worked great.
Room smelled like mold. Had to turn the a/c to 66° and load up on Claritin to keep it at bay. Carpet felt and looked disgusting. Anything that was metal was rusted (hangers, ironing board, safe, etc.). The drawers of the dresser were either nailed or swollen shut. The fan in the bathroom made a horrible sound. The interstate was very audible from our room. Had to pay 25¢ for ice. No microwave in room. No iron. All in all, I feel like they should condemn this building.
They charge Florida residents $50 extra for each night as a security deposit. ..
Cockroaches everywhere. Bathroom disgusting. We stayed less than an hour before moving to a WAY better hotel. Go to Super 8.
we found insects inside the room
It was awful . I would never go back .
I'm in for another stay
Near to Universal Studios
No break Fast, No wifi, Uncleaned bathromms... Waste of your money dont go here... I give half star
There was clear water damage on floor and ceiling. The carpet was still damp/wet and the beds damp. Not certain if it was typical humidity, but it felt humid the entire time. The AC was not at its optimum performance. Handles in bath tub were not secure and toilet kept running. TV needs replacing. No wifi in rooms. I guess you get what you pay for....
This hotel if horrible it has mold and mildew on the cloth headboard...the floor seemed to be damp and its filthy. The rooms are also infested with roaches...we didnt have money to move to another hotel so we was stuck there. We had to go buy our own sheets and pillowcase just to sleep on the bed because we didnt trust theres. Please dont waste your money here...the staff does not care..i had to call code inforcement on them. Please dont take your kids here.
the location of the hotel really fitted our needs. close to everything. terri from the park ticket counter was excellent.
this hotel has a lot of potential. but is in dire need of a renovation.
Location and rate
Needs to be clean and updated
The location of this hotel was excellant. Close to everything and very affordable. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. He was real busy when we checked in but made sure we knew we were welcome and he was doing a great job under the stress of a busy Friday night. Room was comfortable and the cleaning staff was very nice. Loved the hotel and would recommend it to anyone.
Nothing everything was great
Location convenient to theme parks, area restaurants. Room was clean, although the fixtures were quite worn (there were rust stains on the outside of the room refrigerator, although the refrigerator itself worked fine). Good price for travelers on a budget (around $30 per night through Kayak). Mina at the front desk was very nice, as were the housekeeping staff.
The worn fixtures were a bit of an issue--my bathroom door was so splintered at the bottom that it would not close or lock. The bedside lamps did not work at all, and the overhead light in the room was very weak. There was an ironing board, but no iron, which I thought was odd. And paying for the ice? Really?
Location Pool Near many businesses Price
Felt like the owners had given up on any type of maintenance Badly in need of an overhaul
Yup ice is not free!!!! Soooo???? Lol Cheap room great location
Carpets need to be changed pronto
The hotel was so outdated. They are in a great area with the parks are close by but the hotel needs to upgrade. Some hotel staff was nice. Luis, Jonathan and the two ladies in the morning were very friendly but there was one lady with dyed blonde hair with a ponytail she was so rude. I had a iron board but no iron. I was using the blowing dryer and the whole think came off the wall. The bathroom are so yucky. If they fixed the Hotel. They would get more business. And the lady in the breakfast room was strange. There is no time schedule in breakfast room to let you know when breakfast is over. So I am sitting there with my boyfriend then all of sudden she turns off the TV. I guess that was signal they are closing for the day. And WIFI sucks. You had to pay twenty-five cents to get ice. I never paid for Ice before.
The bathroom and laundry room. The whole hotel.
Bathrooms need renovation and cleanses. carpet should be shampoo more often
Location. Easy walk to Universal, easy access to I-4, right off International Drive.
Hotel was quite a bit dated. Door locks did not seem very secure.
Old hotel, not clean, ugly hotel
Prompt, courteous desk clerk Convenient location. Felt safe for a cheap motel.
No WiFi, roaches, fridge didn't work at all.
The location is great. I walked to Universal Studios. The staff was very kind.
Roaches, old place and dirty.
near to universal orlando and wet n wild. International drive in right in front. Lots of eating options, and stuff to do.
Very dirty, cockroaches in every room. Had too much difficulty in getting my room. They do not have any co ordination among the staff, everyday cleaning person would come and ask to leave as if they never knew till what dates I was staying. Ridiculous waste of time explaining them about my booking.
My family has stayed here for years mr windle
Everything about it was good. Pool close to attractions
An excellent location at International Drive. Walking distance to Universal Studios and fairly close to SeaWorld and Disney parks. A lot of good restaurants nearby.
Overall, the facilities are poorly maintained. It urgently needs a renovation. I have stayed there for one or two nights in two separate visits to Orlando but I won't use it again unless it is renovated. The room smells, there are cockroaches and everything looks old. The rugs were dusty and musty. The safe had rust build up and I don't think it could be used at all. The TV was old and the channels selection was bad. No WIFI service at the rooms, only at the lobby.
El lugar donde están es súper y los empleados excelentes
Deberían mejorar el estado físico de las habitaciones está muy oscuro y old fashion. No va a la par con los otros hoteles que quedan en la zona.
It is close to universal.
The reason why we staid is because of the experience on our first trip. this is our second trip and we found cockroaches. Since we stay for only a few days we did not have time to tell the management but it will be our last time in this hotel.
The beds were comfy. The bathroom was nice and so was the tub. Lots of nearby parking.
The tv needs to be upgraded.
Not bad for less than $40.00 a night . We walked to Universal in less than 20 minutes so we didn't have to deal with or pay for parking at the park.
The rooms could use some updating .
