I liked that the room where affordable and they had a pool
The rooms had bugs and room service never had clean towels and the sheets were disgusting. I regret at trying a least expensive hotel as such because I definitely did not feel comfortable
Cockroaches visibly crawling around. Shower head water inadequate pressure to spray water. Chairs have water stain and mold. Carpet is extremely dirty and moldy it’s so disgusting. Hotel also ambush the resort fees upon checking in which was not disclosed during booking. Entire room just smells bad and overall it’s unacceptable and un-inhabitable room. Do not book this place, you’ll regretted!
Staff is great! Area is good
Need more cleanliness
Its in a good location with easy acess.
The carpet was wet and smells bad, the bathroom could be in better conditions. Also, they say the had to charge the resort fee extra, but when you make the reservation says its included in the final price.
Feels like it was built and the 80's and not maintained or upgraded
Staff was okay. Decent location if you're into tourist sites.
No wifi in the rooms. Wifi only available in the lobby. Walk into the lobby at 8 PM and see all the foreign tourists using their smart phones to internet there because there's no wifi in the rooms. They charged me $5/night to have a fridge in my room. Random $2.50/night fee that wasn't included in the listed price. Charged a deposit fee. Ironing board next to the bathroom, but no iron. Even if there were an iron, I couldn't have used it because the outlets in the bathroom didn't work. Room phone didn't work. Cheapest single ply toilet paper in the bathroom. It was so thin that it was translucent. 2/10 would not stay again.
The location is good, a lot to eat and do around the areA.
The staff was not friendly at all. The phone in the room did not work, there was roaches, and had to pay for ice. No fridge or microwave in room either.
it was ok
Excellent value for the money
Room was clean and comfortable, although a little worn. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was excellent, within walking distance to Universal and many restaurants and attractions. Easy access to I-4. The price was unbeatable, at $30 a night in April. The pool was in very good shape. This is the second year that I spent a week at the hotel and will come again.
No WiFi in the rooms although there is in the lobby. No coffee in the rooms but that is not expected at the price of the room. Highway within hearing distance but does not cause a problem sleeping.
Great location for Orlando attractions
Love how close it is to everything Love that it was very affordable and clean Staff were nice
Older building, could use some renovations
I couldnt stay since the sheets were not even clean, it smelled bad like mold and damp. The bathroom was not properly clean had brown stains. It was a real disappointment.
Only thing missing is WiFi
Hotel was great, very clean. Absolutely awesome location. Fantastic staff! Across the street from a huge water park. Literally a 20 min walk to universal Studios! Tons of stuff to do. Sucks that I had to use my phone as a hotspot to go online. But there is so much to do that you will barely spend any time in the room anyway.
Couldn't ask for more on a budget
Affordable clean and quiet. Walking distance to every kind of restaurant you could desire and shopping. Walgreens across the street. Pool open in January. Staff friendly and helpful.hotel is older but clean . Would deffinately go back anytime we are in Orlando. No free coffee but had a really affordable coffee shop in the mornings great idea just easy stuff bagels and frozen breakfast items.
